Product Manager - onboarding flows (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Ember Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Memphis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 368 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
