Product Manager - onboarding flows (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
