Product Manager - onboarding flows (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
