Product Manager - onboarding flows (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Madison. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
