Product Manager - onboarding flows (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Madison with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
