Product Manager - onboarding flows (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Louisville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
