Product Manager - onboarding flows (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Loom Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 715 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
