Product Manager - onboarding flows (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook North Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Little Rock, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
