Product Manager - onboarding flows (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Nest Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
