Product Manager - onboarding flows (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Nova Loom Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
