Product Manager - onboarding flows (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Las Vegas, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
