Product Manager - onboarding flows (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Stone Banking Services is a regional lender in Knoxville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
