Product Manager - onboarding flows (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright River Financial Group is a financial-services company in Jacksonville, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
