Product Manager - onboarding flows (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jacksonville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 947 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
