Product Manager - onboarding flows (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
