Product Manager - onboarding flows (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Loom Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
