Product Manager - onboarding flows (Jackson, MS)

Summit Lantern Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Jackson producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
