Product Manager - onboarding flows (Jackson, MS)

Bright Yarrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Jackson with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
