Product Manager - onboarding flows (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge River Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
