Product Manager - onboarding flows (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Ashton Banking Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
