Product Manager - onboarding flows (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind Bright Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 903 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
