Product Manager - onboarding flows (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Umber Facilities is a facilities company in Indianapolis with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
