Product Manager - onboarding flows (Houston, TX)

Lumen Amber Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
