Product Manager - onboarding flows (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Honolulu. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
