Product Manager - onboarding flows (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Wren Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
