Product Manager - onboarding flows (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Honolulu, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
