Product Manager - onboarding flows (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Honolulu, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
