Product Manager - onboarding flows (Honolulu, HI)

Summit Umber Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
