Product Manager - onboarding flows (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
