Product Manager - onboarding flows (Hartford, CT)

Nova Willow Medical is a Hartford company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
