Product Manager - onboarding flows (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Medical Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 844 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
