Product Manager - onboarding flows (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Summit Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Fresno producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
