Product Manager - onboarding flows (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Loom Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
