Product Manager - onboarding flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Fort Worth with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
