Product Manager - onboarding flows (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Lantern Medical Partners and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
