Product Manager - onboarding flows (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Summit Ivory Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
