Product Manager - onboarding flows (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Beacon Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Des Moines, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
