Product Manager - onboarding flows (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Wilder Pharma develops and makes medicines in Des Moines. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
