Product Manager - onboarding flows (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Oak Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
