Product Manager - onboarding flows (Des Moines, IA)

Fernwood Ashton Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Des Moines, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
