Product Manager - onboarding flows (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Denver with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
