Product Manager - onboarding flows (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Denver producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
