Product Manager - onboarding flows (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Ashton Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Denver. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
