Product Manager - onboarding flows (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Dallas. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
