Product Manager - onboarding flows (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Beacon Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
