Product Manager - onboarding flows (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Dallas. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
