Product Manager - onboarding flows (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Forge Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting.
