Product Manager - onboarding flows (Columbus, OH)

Summit Linden Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
