Product Manager - onboarding flows (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fox Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
