Product Manager - onboarding flows (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Colorado Springs, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
